Rayman 2 Logo 1999-2001

A load of robot-pirates from outer space have landed in Raymans world. Their boss, the stupid-looking Razor Beard, has brought his men to enslave the people and begin an invasion. Rayman wasn't able to defeat them and is now a prisoner. But with the help of Ly, he soon gets his powers back...maybe, like, the greatest Rayman game EVER?

Game available on:

Nintendo 64, Dreamcast, Playstation

GOOD!

  • Challenging levels
  • fun transportation like riding rockets, water-skiing...
  • a decent storyline
  • great boss battles
  • great background music
  • imbued with 'one more go'-ness.
  • addictive gameplay
  • stunning presentation, art and graphics
  • Has put the Playstation to it's limits!
  • Ray's back- in 3D!

BAD!

  • not alot of enemies (but Revolution changed that!)
  • aiming can be difficult
  • some levels are over far too soon
  • Music disapears after a while (e.g if you keep dying)

Music The Cave Of Bad Dreams, Part 1

(NOTE: Turn off the stupid sound effects at bottom of page(u probably would have already!) to hear this music properly!)

Rayman 2 introduction

Did you know...?

  1. When you come to the bit when fighting the pirate robot, that disapears and has a heavy claw (I forgot his name), just run around in circles and keep shooting non-stop- it saves time!
